I picked up this planter last night that my mom painted for me and she surprised me by filling it with flowers. She always has the most gorgeous baskets of flowers around their house so hopefully I'll be able to keep these growing nicely like she does. It's definitely brought some much needed sunshine to my otherwise empty deck. Thanks mom SO MUCH!
After picking up the planter Jill came over and we had dinner and hung out with Pixel and watched 'So You Think You Can Dance'. It's not my favorite part of the show but still fun. We didn't do any sewing so no shirt to show here yet but we did get pics of some new purses to post in the boutique so I'll be updating that later today.
Gotta get into work this morning so I can pay the rent. :) Tonight is dinner at one of my favorite restaurants (not sure which one yet) and then go see the movie fracture again before it's no longer at the theatre. Then camping up north tomorrow thru Sunday so I'll have a long drive to hopefully do a little scrapping on and then tons more photo opportunities for future material. Hopefully the rain holds off. :)

Aren't mom's the best! Mine is 2,000 miles away, but thanks to modern technology, I can IM her any time of the day b/c shes workin' at her desk!
I would LOVE to go camping!(Somewhere where it wasn't HOT and humid) Have fun!

Awwww, can I borrow your mom?? Those flowers are GAWGEOUS!!!! I haven't been camping in a long time-and Ive never camped in a tent, lol!!

Your flowers are gorgeous! You are right, your Mom has a knack. I am pretty pleased with my flowers too. I have had them for three weeks and they are still alive!!! It's a miracle. (I do not say this in jest). Enjoy your camping trip!

Phew I feel like I haven't commented here in WAY TOO LONG. But no worries, I've been checking in on you weekly (if not daily ... LOL) and am so happy to see these flowers that reflect your happier spirit these days. I hope that burst of sunshine and life continues and those gray days are fewer and far between.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your new purses. The AB sash design is by far my favorite. Thanks for the "eye candy" ;).
